Who Are We & What Do We Do?

Tayside 4x4 Response Group is a charitable volunteer organisation dedicated to providing logistical support to Category 1 and Category 2 emergency responders. Our trained volunteers, operating fully equipped 4x4 vehicles, are available to assist during severe weather conditions, major incidents, and times of crisis, helping to ensure that essential services can continue to reach those in need.

We are a team of committed and community-minded individuals who share a common goal: to give something back to the communities we serve. Many of our members have backgrounds in the military, emergency services, public services, or civil organisations, while others come from a wide range of professions and experiences. What unites us is a passion for helping others, extensive off-road driving experience, and a commitment to supporting our emergency services and local communities whenever assistance is required.
